Delete your account

How to delete your Ecostat account and related data.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Ecostat app and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab at the bottom.
Tap Account → Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (including email) and display name
Your free-trial and subscription access records

Deletion is processed immediately and can’t be undone. The watchlist stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Data we are required by law to keep is stored separately for the required period and then deleted.

If you have a subscription: deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing through Google Play or the App Store. Please cancel in the store’s subscription menu before you delete.

If you can’t use the app

If you can’t sign in, email support@ecostat.net from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. After verifying your identity we process it within 7 business days.
